It is important to us to process your data within the EU / EEA. However, it may happen that we use service providers who process data outside the EU / EEA. Citizen Circle – Safe Earth® Ltd. collects from online activists and donors such personal information as is necessary for the purposes of fundraising and fund administration, and for the preparation and execution of online activities. For example, we process your address to distribute Citizen Circle – Safe Earth® news. We also need your address to send you an individual or annual donation receipt. We use your address data, and with your consent your telephone number and e-mail address, only for sponsor service and information. The data will only be transmitted to associated environmental organizations/associations to inform you about current projects and developments, planned activities or environmentally friendly products and services and only with your prior consent. You can revoke your consent to this at any time. If it is clear from the context of data collection that data is not necessary and is therefore not marked as mandatory data, such information is voluntary. We assure you that we do not sell or rent your data to other companies or organizations in the general address trade. Of course, you have the right to stop the access of information to you at any time and to object to the use of your communication data for this purpose. To do so, please write to service@cc-safe-earth.com. To fulfil our tasks and to ensure the security of our IT infrastructure, we must work with service providers* who may also receive personal data for this purpose. These service providers are contractually bound by Citizen Circle – Safe Earth® Ltd. and may use personal information received in this context only for the permitted purpose We have taken extensive technical and operational precautions to protect your data from accidental or deliberate manipulation, loss, destruction, or access by unauthorized persons. Our security procedures are regularly reviewed and adapted to technological progress.
