Our Story

The initial development of our project “30-Double-Days” dates back 8 years. Prof. Stephen Emmott, a British university lecturer, author, and scientist in the department “Scientific Computing” in Cambridge, England, has predicted frightening climate calculations.
Prof. Emmott and his team have mathematically calculated and scientifically substantiated the topic of climate from 1930 to 2010.
He presented the results of his work in 2012 at the Royal Court Theatre in London like a true stage play under the title “10 billion”. An absolute sensational success, so that a film was created that went around the world.

As an association of like-minded companies and organizations, Prof. Emmott’s work is intended to be absorbed, used, and brought closer to people. In the extended series, we want to work together with various scientists, researchers, and specialists on the most important topics of mankind…

do we work?

The 30-Double-Days is a Citizen Circle-Safe Earth® project and works directly from London and Berlin. Our association consists of various companies and organizations in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Great Britain, France, Spain, North and South America. All of them are sustainably active in the areas of environmental and climate protection.

Why…

are we doing this?

Nature and an intact ecosystem form the basis of life for us humans. Therefore, it is our main concern to actively counteract the global change and destruction of nature caused by mankind. It is about the most valuable thing we have, our livelihoods.

For the most part we finance our “30-Double-Days” project ourselves. The rest we receive from sponsors, investors and business partners who actively support our project. We thank the many supporters.

do we want to help?

With the elementary question which organization or association we should take up and support, we quickly realized that every organization or association deserves to be supported by us. Exactly with this topic most people who want to help and change something sustainable are dealing with.

An internal survey and analysis with over 2,500 respondents in 2019 in Berlin, Hamburg and Munich confirmed our assumption. 86% of the respondents would like to support an organization or association. This surprised us very positively at first, but confirmed our previous Google analysis, where we analysed the search terms environment/environmental protection and climate/climate protection in comparison Sep. 2014 to Sep. 2019.
We were surprised by other facts and figures. We subdivided the 86% positive respondents and asked them whether and to what extent they are active in environmental protection/climate protection or whether and to what extent they support an environmental organization / environmental organization association. The result can only be described as deeply shocking:

• 16 % had a clear favourite, are possibly donors/members/supporters of an existing environmental organization/association.

• 70 % were undecided about the choice, because there are so many organizations and associations. As a result, the interviewees stated that indecisiveness tended to turn into inactivity.

A clear sign of the need for action and the decisive point that we decided to inform people in detail and transparently.

do we want to protect?

This question was a basic question because there are now many organizations and associations. Some of them work more intransparently than others, which is less in line with our ethical principles and moral principles. It is crucial that the donations arrive exactly where the money is urgently needed.

We have therefore set up a verification procedure in which the organizations and associations are checked for transparency, economic suitability, and consistent action before they are accepted by us.

Why…

are we doing this?

Every day we are inundated with information and trust that the sources are reliable. The lack of time people has in their daily lives certainly contributes to the fact that it is too time-consuming to analyse everything and to question whether it is correct.

Thus, waves of information flood the countries of the world with falsified panic-mongering and intransparency. In addition, the big players in business and politics use this panic-mongering to realize their own purposes. Even honest, credible researchers and scientists have, despite their findings and verifiable studies, hardly a chance to be heard.

WHY?

…the topic of climate protection is a particularly good business and allows the accumulation of even more money and power. We think it is time to educate and inform people transparently and above all without the influence of corporations, politics, false opinion makers or bought scientists. Environmental protection work needs a broad foundation with strong partners in honest alliances, in a network based on values, to be respected and supported.

What…

do we stand up for?

We want to make a lasting difference and for this we need everyone, because we are only strong together. If this great community for the protection of the climate and the environment signs a petition, the politicians and governments of the states will be forced to act.

One more reason to act now and immediately, because our environment is crying out for a radical, positive change.

Please imagine what would happen if 500 million active people from all over the world (our common community) together, strong, connected, and present, would go in one direction to save our planet! What could we not achieve?! When that time comes, and it will soon be, the people will speak! Because power is still in the hands of the people, even though corporations and governments are eager to teach us otherwise. We have reached a point where the people demand real and transparent answers!

way do we go?

Together with our scientific advisory board we organize an annual symposium, involving other scientists, researchers, specialists, environmental organizations and associations, in order to create a policy-free (without own interests) international environment & climate congress, which will take place annually.

In an intensive exchange and consultation with our scientists, researchers, and organizations, we will jointly prepare several petitions which we will submit to the right places. Contrary to others, our community will provide full information about our activities and, furthermore, each community partner will be able to follow the path of the petitions.
